Plan 65

Plan 65 members don't have a specific list of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas contracting health care providers from which to choose.

However, you will receive the highest level of benefits for your plan when you choose a health care provider who accepts Medicare assignment. If you don't know whether your doctor, hospital or other health care provider accepts patients with Medicare, contact your local Medicare office.

Dental

If you have a dental plan through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas, you will need to use a contracting dentist to receive maximum benefits. Start Search to see if your dentist is a contracting provider.

Plan 65-Select Hospitals

If you are enrolled in one of our Plan 65-Select plans, which has hospital network limitations, you can now view a map and list of hospitals that are part of the select network. You are not limited to this group of hospitals in an emergency.

Vision Care Discount Providers

See the Plan 65 Vision Care Discount Provider Directory to see a list of doctors who provide discounts on eye exams and contact lenses and frames. These discounts are automatically furnished to Plan 65 members at no additional cost.
