Prescription Drugs

Maintenance drugs

This list impacts members with a BlueRx Card drug benefit. If you are taking a prescription that fits one of the therapeutic classes identified below, then that drug is considered to be on our maintenance list.

Maintenance drugs may be dispensed in supplies up to a maximum of 100-unit dose quantities, but not to exceed a supply sufficient for 100 consecutive days of therapy.

*Please review the limitations section of your contract to see if certain chronic conditions may allow maintenance dosing.

Note: This does not apply to compound drugs.
