Angie Strecker has been named the new vice president, provider relations and medical economics.
Angie started her career at BCBSKS in December 1985 and joined Provider Relations in 1992. Angie has held various roles in provider relations including her current role as Director of Institutional Relations since 2010.
In this new role, Angie will lead provider relations and medical economics in their departmental initiatives, including continued support of the BCBSKS response to COVID-19. The department will also play an important role in the corporate strategic initiatives.
Angie has been recognized for her leadership in the Quest program, Leadership Topeka, Leadership Kansas and YWCA Women of the Year in Leadership honoree. Angie is active in the community supporting the United Way Community Impact Committee and the grief ministry program, Beginning Experience.
