Dashboard
The dashboard is a quick snapshot of your most recent claims statements and current usage. Depending on your plan, you also may be able to see prescription drug coverage or pay your bill. Click the red pins to see details about each tab.
Recent Claims
1See details on your most recent claims, including the date of service, performing provider, claim status, the total charge and the cost to you. Click on the claim for more detail, or click More Claims to see older claims.
Recent EOB
2See your most recent Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements. Click View PDF for more detail or click Search to search by date for an older EOB.
Your Usage
3Wondering how much has been applied to your out-of-pocket usage? These gauges provide a quick visual of how much you've paid so far during the current benefit year. Information about how deductibles and co-insurance work is available at the bottom of this section.
Rx Drugs
4If you have prescription drug coverage, links to find a pharmacy or search for covered drugs will be available here.
Payment
5Not all members will have the Payment tab. If you do, you can use it to pay your bill, update your bank information and view your invoice through BlueAccess.
